Winter is Here!

(Our RV Park is open all year)

Partial Hookups: Includes water and sewer with our regular amenities.

Full Hookups: Includes water, sewer, and electricity, with the regular amenities. You may use 50 amp or 30 amp electricity. Depending on availability.

Dump/Sewer Site: The Rv spaces have their own sewer line. For non-guests we have a designated Dump Site. With a use fee of $5.00

Restroom and Shower: For Rv guestsor tent guests there is a complimentary restroom/ shower room. Located in the Motel front door entry hall. For non-guests a use fee of $5.00

Tents: We have plenty of green grass for your tent site. For questions about longer rates please Contact US.

Pets & Children: We accept both! However read below about our pet policies.

Laundry: We do not currently have a public laundry room. However the Yellowstone/Exxon truck stop about 100 yards away has laundry facilities.

Garbage: We provide large trash containers for your garbage. Please put it there.

Disounts: We don't normally offer many disounts for the Rv Park. The reason is we just are so cheap, we can't really go much lower. We do offer for groups or for a few other misc. other reasons.

Our Rv Park Rules and Policies

When you check into our Rv Park we expect you to sign our Policies and Agreement in order to make your stay safe and pleasent. To make sure you are able to follow our rules you should read them. So we are posting them right here! If you have questions or concerns about these rules, Contact Us!

1. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 am

2. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am

3. RV SITES: Sites must be kept free of trash, garbage, and clutter. No Fires. No Fireworks.

4. TRASH: Must be bagged and placed in the dumpsters provided. Please flatten boxes and cartons.

5. PETS: Must be under control, on a leash, and attended at all times when outdoors, and must be kept indoors at night. You are responsible for your pet. Please pick up after your pet. Anyone who allows their dog to bark continuously or lets their pet run unattended will be asked to leave the Motel and/or RV Park.

6. CHILDREN: Guests must be and are responsible for their children at all times.

7.WHEN DEPARTING: Please remove all rocks, boards, materials, coverings, you have used to brace, block, use as stairs, or decks, and take them with you, or put them in the dumpster provided.

8. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN: In the event of an emergency, a credit for your next stay will be considered. We reserve the right to either evict without refund or refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unlawful, socially offensive, or menacing to others, or who willfully disregards these rules. The owners/managers are not responsible for personal losses due to fire, theft, or accidents in the motel or park confines.

THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED THE MANAGEMENT RESERVESTHE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY TO GUESTS, OR FOR LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY OR ANY OTHER VALUABLES. GUESTS AGREES TO BE LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES INCURED INCLUDING DAMAGE TO ROOM(S), GROUNDS, AND CONTENTS. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED IN A NON-SMOKING ROOM, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBLILTY FOR ANY PERSON THAT SMOKES IN YOUR ROOM A CHARGE OF 100.00 WILL BE ASSESSED IF SUCH EVIDENCE IS FOUND. PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN POSTED PET AREAS AND ROOMS.
